where I was born: Garnett, KS...not really sure if it's famous for anything...
Hometown: Red Oak, Iowa. Famous for the largest Chataqua Pavillion west of the Mississippi, the Thomas D. Murphy calendar company, and for being one of the towns with the most meth lab busts each month. (I kid you not, we show up at least once a week in the Omaha World Herald for meth lab busts...)...also, we've got a ship from the Vietnam War named after us. look up the Red Oak victory ship...^_^;;

well well well...
my hometown/birthplace... boring old lafayette indiana. we're currently famous for having the most restaunts per capita in the whole united states... serioulsy. we have a sh*t ton of 'em.
also, we've had such great things a being the home town of axl rose (of guns and roses... he dropped out of my highschool... but he was known as bill bailey, then...) and shannon hoon (of blind melon. i met his mom once, right before he died... he was going to be on letterman that night. XD). let's see... we're also right across the river from that crappy city of west lafayette, home of purdue university, and the purdue boilermakers. that school has produced many famous people... that i don't feel like naming. XD ummm... we were founded by a guy that was like... a horse theif, some other sort of criminal, and had something to do with sleepers... (bad memory, oh how i love you...) ... what else to say about lafayette.... uhh... we're right off 65? a dood from here's in the finals of 'america's got talent'. clayton miller... (and aparently his little brother ld or whatever... he's an ass hat anyway. my friend joe almost beat him with a golf club one night. XD) ... ld was also on nashville star or whatever it was, and he was in the finals. errr... a gal i graduated was just on the morning show when they were having america decide who'd be the next broadway performer or whatever... courtney wolfson. iunno how she did, though. well, there's a lot about our sh*tty little town. rach could prolly add a bit, later. or i could. whatever. XD

Though I'm now located in Florida, I was born and raised in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. I can't tell you how many times on the 'Net people asked me (without my telling them the PA part yet) "OMG, the place like in the Bible?" question. As hilarious as that is, that's not what my hometown is famous for. Heh.. We have Musikfest in the summer (I've seen many a famous band there), the Bethlehem Steel Corporation (which aided in the construction of the Golden Gate Bridge because it was the only steel mill in the US producing a vital piece of steel needed to build it), it's where the Just Born candy factory is located (check those boxes of Mike N' Ikes, or your Peeps - I kid you not!!), and it hid the Liberty Bell during wartime (I'm not sure which war, though). It's also home to the Liberty High School Grenadier Band which is world-famous, having played for the Queen of England every 4 years since it was formed, and it's neighbor to Allentown (the one from the Billy Joel song, yup yup! I also kid you not, hehe) which is the hometown of Lara Jill Miller (voice of Jun from 'The Life and Times of Juniper Lee', Kari from 'Digimon', and Xeris from 'S-Cry-Ed'). Phew!! Um, I come from a very historical town. Sorry, heh..

Everyone lives in such a historical city... The Bubble, OC, CA is so sterile, you could eat off the floors. All that happened here is a lot of lima beans and really good schools. And the Spectrum. Can't forget the moneymaker for the city.
