Anybody watch it? If so, did you watch Tuesday/Wednesday?
Where are they going with this twist?

You know, for as formulaic as this show is, I get sucked in every time!!!
I can't tell where they are going with this twist, either. In my opinion, Foreman should be in some serious hot water after what he did to Cameron. The previews look like suddenly everything is just fine.

I know, crazy isn't it.
And I now present my House promo impression:
(deep voice) Tonight on house, some random person is dying of a well known and terminal disease....But will Dr. Gregory House and his team figure out what is really killing them in time?
or...
FOr this random formerly perfectly healthy individual, life is about to start sucking...(insert images of said individual falling down, couching a lot, and possibly spewing blood from random orificies, gross right?)...You'll never guess what's killing them
...So be sure to watch House on Fox tonight...because there is only so long before we run out of odd things to not quite kill off patients with.

House is my hero. His cynical bastard-ness makes me squee.
And dude, if I were Cameron, I wouldn't have forgiven him. The man freaking stabbed her with a needle to give her a deadly disease.

Well, judging from the previews it looks like they are going to glaze over the whole Foreman's-backwards thing.

If they glaze over either, I'm going to smack the network. With a wrench.

[shadow=red,left,300][glow=red,2,300]I love house, I'm into the medical science and investigating.
My friend and I was just discussing this because we just got done watching it. But how cool it would be if Travis guest stared in it?[/glow][/shadow]

That would be cool and all...but then we'd have to see him sick, since the only "guest star"-ish type people are dying. That would hurt my little fangirl heart.
In any case, they did okay with Foreman being screwed up. I wasn't overly impressed, but I wasn't horrified either.

actually, in the end, I was rather impressed with how they handled it. If you noticed, he was having trouble with flashcards of things he had known before. That means that all the non-arguing from the beginning of the episode was him covering up from the fact that he couldn't remember what to argue.
Also, what is up with the sudden "everyone is a religious fanatic" plotline. 5 episodes ago no one ever mentioned God or Jesus or anything remotely implying they believed in Christianity and now large chunks of folks are praying, or discussing prayer, or discussing God. I have to wonder, where are they planning on going with this?

I did like how they turned that around, and that's why I wasn't overly horrified. But I was expecting more like, "Oh snap, look at me screw up because Cameron made me backwards" kind of thing instead of "I'll just be meek and 'happy' until I piss House off and he tells me to get a clue."
Being a Christian myself, I'm not entirely against that, but it is rather random. It was started by that messed up kid, but it doesn't gel with all of the characters. The cop dude wanting to pray for his life is understandable, but Foreman not so much. Random appearing of his dad not so much either. ....Actually found it rather adorable on...oh crap now I can't remember his name....Chase, I think it is? The other dude on House's team. *laughs* I'm retarded.

yeah, i'm a christian too. i think that is why it bothers me so much. I'm afraid they are going to go bad with this and I'm concerned that it seems all too random.

That's a really good point, because it could get pretty narly. I can understand praying over dead baby, and that's cool to work in, but sudden upspring of everyone is religious all at once = not cool. Especially if they're just using it for ratings or whatever.

Maybe they are trying to pull in the 7th Heaven crowd now that it is done. Maybe their ratings are low in the South and all htey could think was "hey, it's the Bible Belt, let's talk about God."
I'm very tentative to believe that this will end up being handled correctly. House seems to have a very "love em and leave em" policy with plot twists.
Like the whole "Cameron loves House" thing, whatever happened to that arc? There should at least be some residual reference left. At least he is continuing to make fun of Wilson over the sleeping with a patient thing.
We, as a nation of children raised by television sets, have short attention spans and need to be reminded about where a tv show has been in the past by snappy witty remarks from the characters we love to hate.

Ah, see, I've only been watching House for the last couple months. It would have been nice to see some Cameron loves House thing goin on. Keep people clued in to what has happened and what has shaped the characters and stuff.
