Canine turned to Ed. Canine: Who's them? The way he said it, they didn't sound too friendly. "FUllmetal! hold on!" Elf yelled running after the blonde. She looked around the alleyway only to find nothing. She looked over at Ed as the younger alchemist mumbled something under his breath. Elf stared at Canine as she questioned Ed. 'Well, whoever they are they just jacked two of our flags and my spare!' Elf fumed silently. She bent down and lay her hand on the pavement. 'Good! Just enough...' she sighed and activated her array. She managed to pull enough metal out of the ground to make a slightly smaller spare, which she immediately tucked into her one of her inner pockets. She turned back to Ed. "Do you know what exactly that was, Fullmetal?" Ed growled under his breath in response."The Homunculi.....I thought I would never see them again.I was wrong." Ed ran off down the street to the next alley.Nothing.He saw a military car approach and flagged it down and spoke to the lt inside the car.As the car sped off,Ed turned around and looked at all his team mates. Ed-"Come on let's go.We have to find them first. And I think I know where to look" Ed took another turn off the street and headed for the remains of Lab 5. ............................................................................... Havoc saluted, then smiled broadly at his former commander, waving his hand. "Hey, Brigadeer General chief!" He said with a big grin on his face that almost caused his toothpick to fall from his mouth.. it dangled precariously on the edge of his lip. "I am just here to help out these fine two gentlemen with some paperwork." he swept his hand towards the two men that he came with. "So, what do we need to do first, chief?" Nate looked forward rather blankly. It was all he could do to keep from weeping. It was good while it lasted... but all great things must come to an end. But I wish it could have ended somewhere better... Nonetheless, Nate stared forward and awaited Mustang's orders. B.G.Mustang-"Take a seat by these two Havoc. They'll show you what to do first." Mustang took a seat at his own desk again just as an aid came in to deliver a message to him.Mustang read it and stood up. B.G.Mustang-"Fullmetal's team is in trouble.Brigadier General Nate....both you and I will join up with Ed at the remains of Lab 5.Falman,you and Havoc head for the underground tunnel and assist General EmoGhostskirts team.Let's move out!"

[/quote] Havoc was in the middle of putting his rear down in the chair when the aid came up. He saw Mustang's face wrinkle in anxiousness as he read the note, and he didnt even have time to finish wondering what the note said before Mustang started to bark out orders. He stood right back up and saluted his ranking officer. "Yes, sir!" He looked to Falman, ready for him to lead the way.

He didn't show it, but mentally, Nate's eyes lit up. He was just about ready to jump up and down, to scream the beauties of this world on the rooftops and to preach it to the huddled masses. It was as if he had just been given a hammer to smash the glass that kept him from all the cake behind the display case at that cafe Falman had taken him to. YES! I get to go in the field again! It's been a while since I was able to use my powers. Let's hope it's sunny out now; I need an excuse to wear my shades.Nate snapped out of that thought with a crisp salute and barked "Ready to move out, sir! Just let me fetch my gun, and I'll be all set!"

When Ed suggested they get going, Elf just nodded and followed him off down the street, worried and wondering where they were going. Elf looked over at her other teammates. Hopefully Colonel Canine was taking this ok.

She decided it was best to not ask questions right now, as they ahd more important matters to attend to. She followed Elf and Ed towards the remaining building of Laboratory 5. Canine: Major...These Homunculi...They're considered created humans, right? She asked, kind of hoping they weren't there in the first place. She sighed and thought, If Edward's ran into these creatures before...And gotten off alive, I hope they don't give us too much trouble...

A man, bald and dressed in a black jumpsuit, short in height but large in width, watched as the group of officers headed towards the building he was perched upon. His large, round finger was stuck in his mouth as he sucked on it like a child would. Turning, he ran back, running faster than one would think possible with his weight and returned to the main room of the lab, where another figure was waiting.
"Lust! Lust! He's coming, he's coming!" He whined, looking quite sad.
"Don't worry, Gluttony," Lust replied, pulling off the hood of her cloak and admiring the flag in her hands, "We'll do as she says... for now."
Gluttony still looked sad and worried as he gazed at the door, his stomach letting out a squeal.

Mustang-"Ed wait.....until we know what we're dealing with,we have to stick together in groups.Don't get separated individually." Ed nodded-"Got it" The whole group stood outside a moment and peered into the black darkness of Lab 5 planning their next move.

After running up to his office to fetch his semi-auto rifle and sunglasses, Nate ran down to meet Mustang outside of the office. As soon as he got down there, he stepped in a car with him, which proceeded to zoom off at top speed. Lab 5, eh? This must be big. I wonder what's up with Fullmetal and his group... Upon reaching its destination, the car screeched to a halt, and Nate, rifle at his side, fell out of the car with the Brigadier General. One look at the massive walls, however, and Nate was dismayed. Security's tight... they must really want to keep people out. Or in.But a quick alchemic show from Fullmetal immediately eliminated that obstacle. The entrance door received the same treatment, but no one went in. After receiving instruction from Mustang, the group paused at the entrance. The whole crew stared into the darkness, lit only by the eerie glow of the green floorlights. Thinking they'd stood there long enough, Nate unshouldered his rifle and put his sunglasses on. They were just low enough to allow him to see over the top of them. Rifle in his right hand with his left pointing into the dark expanse before them, Nate asked "Alright, who wants to go with me? However, he hastily added "But just a side note, I have no idea what the layout of this area is" with an embarrassed smile.

What was in there that was so dangerous that they had to stick in groups...And made even the Brig. General antsy? Canine shivered and spoke up out of the silence, "...Do we have a plan on going in there, and getting rid of whatever is in there? Because I don't know the layout either...I didn't even know Central had a Lab 5..." She said, glancing at Nate, "...Brig. General?"

Canine's response and the somewhat hesitant looks on the faces of most everyone in the area, Nate guessed that he was far from the only one who didn't know the lab's layout. In fact, he didn't doubt that his knowing about Lab 5 at all prior to now was not knowledge shared in most of the group. Nate pushed the bridge of his glasses farther up his nose with his index finger as he said "I think it'd be a good idea if Major Elric and Brigadier General Mustang led the groups; they seem to know the building's layout at least somewhat." Turning to face everyone else and placing his rifle over his shoulders like a yoke, Nate queried "So, what do y'all think?" He eyed Fullmetal and Mustang once more, adding an inquisitive hum as he did.

Gen. Nate when he spoke. Yeah, she didn't have a clue what the layout of Lab 5 was either.... she had known it was there... but had never actually been to the lab. "Sounds like a good idea," she agreed with the Brig. Gen., eyeing Fullmetal and B.G. Mustang. "What do you think, sir?" she asked, looking at Mustang.

It watched from the distance, it's crimson glowing eyes coming from the hollow contours of it's face. It softly laid it's footfalls down and remained in the shadows, watching the intruders carefully. It had heard of many of them, but if they made a fuss, it wouldn't be too difficult to make it out.

"You sent it didn't you?" Sloth asked with a sigh.
Lust smiled, "Why have toys if you can't use them?"
Gluttony's stomach squealed.

The general had noticed two from her group were missing. "Where did Armstrong and Jingles go?" she asked randomly. She started walking forward to see if that had gone a bit ahead. *sigh* "Why did they go off ahead we are supposed to stay in a group and its not like we can keep contact by yelling because that would cause a cavein." She thought for a few moments then used her alchemy to make a small creature. "Can you find the rest of the group listen for the sound of bells." The creature then ran off and she followed. "Follow me." she said walking.

"Follow me." she said walking. Gently folding up the green flag, Major Jingles paused, slowly turning around, hearing little scratches upon the stone and rough floor. Pulling up her sleeve, revealing her bell-bracelet, she slipped the rolled up fabric between the bracelet and her arm, the flag disappearing like a magic trick the further it was shoved up. Then, she leapt up, grasping onto the ceiling by making hand holds with her alchemy and attempted to hide in the shadows, waiting for whatever was approaching to get closer, highly impatiently I might add.

Then, she leapt up, grasping onto the ceiling by making hand holds with her alchemy and attempted to hide in the shadows, waiting for whatever was approaching to get closer, highly impatiently I might add. Armstrong heard the scratches about the same time Jingles did. It was hard not to, as they echoed and reverberated off of the walls of the tunnel. Turning forward to face the direction of the possibly new threat, Armstrong asked Jingles "Did you hear that?" After a moment's silence, he turned around and saw Jingles was missing from the spot she was in earlier. A look of confusion crossed the Major's face until he remembered something he learned in Ishbal- If they're not in front of or below you, they're above you.He looked up and saw the energetic Major grasping the wall, the area around her palms glowing from the alchemic reaction she used to stick onto the wall. A fierce and savage grin crossed her face, but behind it, Armstrong saw even fiercer impatience. Turning back to face his original direction, Armstrong shifted his weight to his back leg and entered a fighting posture. Probably best if I don't use my alchemy here... Armstrong, however, was positive that, whatever was coming their way would have to deal with him. And no living creature that knew about Armstrong's abilities wanted to do that.
